Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
3 c. milk
2 c. half and half
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy.
Beat in sugar, pudding mix and milk until smooth.
Stir in half and half and coconut.
Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze.
Makes 2 quarts.
