Jalapeno Cranberry Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 limes
    1 to 2 fresh jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
    1 (12 oz.) bag fresh cranberries
    1/4 c. chopped cilantro leaves
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cut limes into 6 pieces each, including rind, chopped finely. Add cranberries and process very briefly in food processor.
    Place in plastic container and add jalapenos, cilantro leaves and sugar. Mix well.
    Chill 15 minutes up to overnight.
    Serve as an appetizer with baked tortilla chips.
    Serve over baked fish or chicken or as a relish.
    Yields 6 servings.
    Has 45 calories, fat free.
