Baked Cabbage Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, chopped
    1 lb. ground meat, browned
    1 lb. smoked sausage, cut in slices
    1 c. raw rice
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    chili powder to taste
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a casserole.
    Cover and bake in a 275\u00b0 oven for two hours, stirring halfway through cooking.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
