Creole Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can chicken gumbo soup
2 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. mustard
pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute ground beef and onions.
Stir in soup, ketchup and mustard.
Season with pepper.
Spoon into bottom half of buns and top with a slice of American cheese.
Place under broiler or in microwave to melt cheese.
Top with top half of bun.
