Tony'S Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant, peeled and sliced thin
    flour
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped
    Parmesan cheese, grated
    Mozzarella cheese, grated
    basil to taste
    garlic salt or powder to taste
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 cans (medium) tomatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    olive oil
Preparation
    Saute onion and mushrooms in oil until glistening.
    Add tomatoes and juice.
    Add seasonings.
    Let sauce simmer until tomatoes cook-up and juice is cooked out.
