New York Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. flavoring (choice)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into a springboard cake pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Cool 2 hours in pan.
    Top with choice (cherries, blueberries).
