Swedish Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/2 c. finely crushed herb stuffing or corn flakes
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly beef, egg, stuffing (cornflakes), nutmeg and 1/3 can of soup.
    Shape into loaf.
    Place in shallow pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
