Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pie shells
1/4 stick margarine
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. evaporated milk
3 to 4 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 c. chicken stock
1 can garden peas, drained
1 can carrots, drained
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Heat butter, flour, salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
Stir in chicken and vegetables.
Cook on low heat until mixture thickens.
Spread 1 pie crust over bottom of a 3-quart baking dish.
Add chicken mixture.
Cover with remaining pie crust.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
