Apple Peanut Butter Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oatmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. peanut butter
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    5 to 6 apples, peeled and cored
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 12 x 7 x 2-inch metal baking pan.
    In small bowl, stir together the flour, sugar and salt.
    Cut in peanut butter and butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Slice apples into greased baking pan.
    Sprinkle peanut butter mixture over apples.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
    Top with ice cream, frozen yogurt or whipped topping.
    Serves 6 to 8.
