Baked Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon (drained)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 egg (beaten)
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. parsley
Preparation
    Using the butter, saute onions and celery.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Chill 1 hour.
    Shape into 8 patties.
    Roll in flour. Bake on greased cookie sheet 35 to 45 minutes.
    Turn once.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven.
