Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 can drained crushed pineapple
    2 c. chopped zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat together first 4 ingredients.
    Add next 5 and beat again. Fold in last 4 into the batter.
    Place into 2 loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
