Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    juice and rind of 1 orange plus boiling water to make 3/4 c.
    1 egg
    1/2 bag whole fresh cranberries
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
    Add sugar, then liquid and butter.
    Add egg and mix.
    Stir in cranberries. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes a 9 x 4-inch loaf.
