Pea-Can Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can early peas
4 oz. Colby or Cheddar cheese
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. chopped celery
dash of cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
