Salmon-Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can cream of shrimp soup
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. sharp cheese, cubed
    1 (16 oz.) can red salmon, drained, boned and broken into large pieces
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 c. cooked shrimp
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan;
    stir\tin flour.
    Add soup and milk all at once.
    Cook\tand
    stir
    until mixture thickens and bubbles. Remove from heat; add cheese, stirring until melted. Gently stir in shrimp,\tsalmon and peas.
    Turn into casserole. Bake, uncovered, stirring frequently,
    for 40 to 45 minutes at 425\u00b0. Place baking powder
    biscuits
    on top.
    Bake 15 minutes more.
