Tourtiere Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 lb. butter, chilled
    1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Cut butter into flour with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Add sour cream and stir with a fork just until blended.
    Dough will be quite soft.
    Shape into a ball. Wrap and chill at least 2 hours.
