Vinaigrette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. grated green peppers
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar (see note)
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. minced pickles
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix well and chill the vinaigrette.
Serve with cold meats or heat it and pour over broccoli, artichokes or asparagus.
A vinegar sauce on vegetables or meats is a nice touch for a hot, summer day.
