Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash browns, thawed
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation

Combine all ingredients (except crumbs).
Spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch Pyrex.
Top with crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
