Chili Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    3 cans pinto beans
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 medium can tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and add to remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
