Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
4 Tbsp. butter
1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add pecans and mix well.
Spread over sweet potato mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.
