Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
    1 green pepper, cut in thin strips
    1 large onion, cut in thin strips
    1 or 2 pkg. dry brown gravy (depends on amount you want)
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Using a large frying pan or stir-fry pan, cook steak in oil until brown.
    Add 1 cup or so of water, cover and cook until tender (replacing water, if necessary).
