Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. vegetable oil
3 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1/4 c. orange juice
4 to 5 medium to large apples
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Peel and slice apples; set aside.
Mix 3 tablespoons of sugar with 2 teaspoons of cinnamon; set aside.
Mix the eggs with sugar. Add oil, vanilla, orange juice, baking powder and flour.
Mix well until smooth and thick.
Grease a 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan.
Alternate layers of batter, apples and cinnamon/sugar mixture 3 times.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool well before removing from pan.
