Savory Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 slices Colby cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Cut cone shape wedge out of cauliflower core.
    Place cauliflower and 1/4 cup water in a 1 1/2-quart microproof casserole.
    Cover and cook on High (maximum power) for 9 minutes; drain.
    Mix mayonnaise, onion, mustard and salt.
    Spoon sauce over cauliflower.
    Lay cheese slices on top.
    Cook, uncovered, on 70% power (roast) for 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6.
