Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. milk
    3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions.
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Remove from heat and add flour, salt and pepper, stirring to form a smooth paste.
    Gradually add milk, stirring as you add to make a smooth mixture.
    Cook over low heat until thick and smooth, stirring constantly.
    Add 2 cups cheese and stir until melted.
    Stir in cooked macaroni.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
