Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pint small curd cottage cheese
    2 small cans chopped green chilies
    1 lb. Monterey jack cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add flour salt, soda and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into a greased 11 x 14 pan.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean when put into center.
    May add sausage, brown and drain and add before baking.
