Chili Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
2 (15 oz. each) cans chunky chili with beans
1/2 c. salsa
1/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c. shredded Colby cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 10-inch deep dish plate or shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Spread cream cheese in bottom of baking dish.
Mix chili and salsa until blended, then pour over cream cheese.
Sprinkle with Monterey Jack and Colby cheeses. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
