Cornmeal Pie - cooking recipe

1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. white cornmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Combine sugars, flour and cornmeal in a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine milk, vanilla, beaten eggs, vinegar and melted butter.
Stir liquid mixture gradually into dry ingredients until well blended.
Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven approximately 35 to 40 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
