English Muffin Loaves (2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    5 c. unsifted flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    cornmeal
Preparation
    Combine
    3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and baking soda. Heat liquids to 125\u00b0.
    Add to mixture and beat.
    Stir in remaining 2 cups of flour to make a stiff batter.
    Grease two microwave bread pans and sprinkle with cornmeal.
    Spoon bread mixture in. Sprinkle additional cornmeal on top of loaves for color. Microwave on 10% power for 15 minutes.
    Let stand for 15 minutes. Microwave on High 6 1/2 to 7 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans.
    Slice and toast.
