Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 red potatoes (2 lb.)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 green onions and tops, minced
    1 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    freshly ground pepper
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisply, crumbled
Preparation
    Put potatoes in saucepan.
    Add water.
    Heat to boiling.
    Cook, uncovered, over medium heat until tender, 30 minutes.
    Rinse with cold water.
    Cut into eighths.
    Put in large bowl.
