Frozen Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 medium red apples, chopped
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    In saucepan, combine juice, sugar and eggs.
    Cook until thick.
    Cool.
    Stir in pineapple, celery, apples and pecans.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Cover and freeze. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
