Escalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sliced potatoes
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped onions
Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
2/3 c. milk
1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
Preparation

In greased 2-quart casserole, place potatoes, green peppers and onions.
Use as much cheese as you prefer.
Add remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Top with cheese and bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
