Hawaiian Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. shortening
2 ripe bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift together in bowl the first 4 ingredients.
Blend in blender the remaining ingredients.
Mix blended ingredients with dry until all dry is moistened.
Pour into buttered and floured 9 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Let stand in pan 5 minutes.
Turn out onto rack and cool.
