Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. plain flour
3 c. chopped raw apples

Preparation

Mix sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs.
Sift in flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in a rectangular pan.
