Pork Tenderloin With Spiced Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. fresh minced ginger
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. crushed pepper
    4 c. (1/2-inch cubes) rhubarb
    1/2 c. red onion, chopped
    1/3 c. tart red cherries or golden raisins
Preparation
    Place first 8 ingredients in large Dutch oven.
    Bring to a simmer, stirring until sugar dissolves.
    Then add rest of ingredients. Cook until rhubarb is tender and mixture thickens slightly (about 5 minutes).
