Italian Beef(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chuck roast, boneless
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt or powder
    1 tsp. Italian seasons
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. jar pepperoncine, drained
    12 oz. beer
Preparation
    Combine all into crock-pot.
    Cook
    on low for 8 to 10 hours. Meat will fall apart.
