Eggs Scrambled With Cream Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Melt in double boiler over simmering water the cream cheese and butter.
    Scald and stir in cream.
    Add salt and paprika. Break the eggs into the sauce.
    Before the egg whites are firm, stir the eggs gently with a fork until thick.
    Add sherry.
    Yields 4 servings.
