Herb-Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1/3 c. Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
    2 tsp. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. ground coriander
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation
    Coat a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
    Arrange tomatoes in dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.
    Sprinkle over tomatoes.
    Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes at 425\u00b0 or until tomatoes are thoroughly heated and topping is lightly browned.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 6. Contains 39 calories per serving.
