Chicken Polo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. each: thyme and sage
    4 small chicken thighs
    1/3 c. chicken broth (canned is best)
    1/4 c. sherry or chicken broth
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In bag, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
    Place chicken (one at a time) in bag and shake to coat.
    Arrange chicken in a single layer in a small shallow roasting dish.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
    Pour sherry or extra broth over chicken and bake 5 minutes longer.
