Vegetarian Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
 
3 lb. thawed, chopped spinach
2 1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. onions
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
5 eggs
1 qt. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
- 
                            Cook noodles in salted water until tender.
 
Drain and rinse. Combine spinach, cream cheese, onions, Parmesan cheese, pepper, garlic, eggs and cheese in a mixer.
Beat well.
