Monkey Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cans buttermilk biscuits (10 pack)
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick margarine
1 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Butter tube pan.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix sugar and cinnamon together in small bowl.
Cut biscuits in quarters.
Roll in sugar mixture and put in tube pan.
Melt margarine and brown sugar together. Pour over biscuits in pan.
Bake 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Remove from oven and immediately invert onto large plate and remove pan.
Cool.
Ready to pull off pieces and eat.
