Shrimp In Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. large, peeled, deveined shrimp
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) white clam sauce
1/4 tsp. crushed oregano leaves
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. Italian-style bread crumbs
Preparation

In large skillet, heat olive oil until hot.
Add shrimp and saute until shrimp turn opaque.
Don't overcook.
Add white clam sauce, oregano and lemon juice.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over shrimp. Cook over high heat, basting shrimp with sauce until sauce is slightly thickened, about one minute.
Serve over steamed rice.
