Quick Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip (thawed)
    3/4 to 1 c. flaked coconut (toasted/divided)
    1 pie crust, baked or graham
Preparation
    Mix pudding with milk.
    Fold in half of Cool Whip and half of coconut.
    Pour into crust.
    Spread remaining Cool Whip over pie. Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
    Chill.
