Sauteed Liver With Bacon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. 1/2-inch sliced liver
1/2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
crisp cooked bacon slices
Preparation

Coat liver lightly with flour.
Saute over medium-high heat until lightly browned.
Do not overcook.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with hot, crisp bacon.
