Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) large can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
    1 stick butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. white sugar (optional, I like it sweet)
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg (add if desired)
    1/8 tsp. cloves (add if desired)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Cover with foil and bake 35 minutes or until firm.
    Then sprinkle coconut over top.
    (As the younger ones don't like coconut, sometimes I put marshmallows on their half.)
    Cook about 10 more minutes at 375\u00b0 until lightly browned.
    Resembles sweet potato pie without the crust.
