Cranberry Apple Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
    1 red Delicious apple, unpeeled and coarsely grated
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
    dash of ground cloves
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and let cool.
    Stir in next seven ingredients and spoon into lightly oiled 5 cup mold.
    Cover and chill until firm.
    Unmold on lettuce leaves and garnish with curls of orange rind.
    Makes 8 servings.
