Choralier'S Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/4 c. shortening
Preparation

Sift flour, corn meal, sugar, salt, and baking powder together into a bowl.
Add eggs and shortening.
Mix well.
Pour into 9 x 13 x 2 inch greased baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30-35 minutes.
