Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pecans
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. red Karo
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 pie shell
Preparation
    Cook Karo, sugar and dash of salt over medium heat for 4 minutes.
    Set off and cool.
    Beat eggs and mix in, then the butter, pecans and vanilla.
    Pour in pie shell and bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
