Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 pkg. broccoli spears, cut into bite-size pieces
3/4 to 1 stick margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
pinch of white pepper
2 c. water or chicken stock
8 oz. Cheez Whiz
2 c. rice (uncooked)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery (optional)
1 can sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

Heat soup, water or stock and margarine together.
Add rice, mushrooms, onion, celery, and pepper.
Mix well.
Stir in cheese and broccoli.
Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
