Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp. flour
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    4 c. water
    4 c. half and half or milk
    1 bunch chopped broccoli
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine; blend in flour and set aside.
    Combine chicken cubes and water; heat.
    Add milk, broccoli, soda and pepper and bring to boil.
    Add milk mixture to flour, then put in milk mixture.
    Cook 5 to 8 minutes.
    Stir in cheese.
