Green Chile Sauce(For Smothered Burritos) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked pork
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    16 oz. whole tomatoes
    2 (7 oz.) cans diced green chile
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Dredge pork in flour.
    Brown in oil.
    Add onion and garlic; cook until soft.
    Add all other ingredients and simmer 1 to 2 hours.
    Remove cover the last 10 minutes to thicken.
