Chicken Pecan Pockets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 small tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    1 c. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
    1/4 c. chopped, pitted ripe olives
    1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
    1 pkg. pita pockets
    2 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    1 avocado, peeled, seeded and chopped
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. honey
Preparation
    Mix together ingredients and serve in pita pockets.
